Emacs X Window Manager
Currently a fullscreen window can obscure the underlying Emacs frame's minibuffer. It would be nice to have a user option or mode which adds some minibuffer hooks to detect this...
This refers to the original [ch11ng/exwm#574](https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm/issues/574) and [workaround](https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm/issues/574#issuecomment-490814569) by [DamienCassou](https://github.com/DamienCassou). As of Slack 4.38.125 (also [mentioned](https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm/issues/574#issuecomment-2302823224) for 4.39) the fix still works.
