Mode for browsing vim help files

This is just a notification, as I have created a simple mode for navigating vim's help files from within Emacs. You can quickly check it out in this repo (just load the file and do M-x vim-help). I guess it only finds the correct paths on GNU/linux, but it would probably be very easy to fix that for other systems. It is not a very essential thing to have, but still, maybe you would be interested to add it to Evil. In that case, I would be happy to modify it to your 'likings' and create a PR. Otherwise, this is just a small notification that such mode is available...
