Include Wilderness Package and Travel Package to add all included items at once. (Also enable removing all included items at once?)

Thoughts on UX:

Equipment Packages can be bought aside single items. There will be a list just like for other item categories. But once you buy them you get two options:

• Either you can add them locked, that way you will get the option to remove them. Items will then be shown in the list as well, but they can't be edited.
• Or you add them unlocked, thst way all contained items are added like single items. But then you won't be able to remove the package as a whole later on.

If you add a locked item, you can still unlock them later. But you won't be able to do that the other way around.
