Adding the ability to deactivate AP limit for advantages/disadvantages

Button to disable the AP limit for advantages and disadvantages.

This would be an easy implementation for a custom rule a lot of Players use. The 80/-80 AP limit seems useless(and actually didn't work up to ~version 1.1.1), so why not give the User the ability to deactivate it? This could be combined with "Importierbare Hausregelsammlungen #628".
