Support conda and virtual environments if a requirements file is present
Add the ability to create a virtual environment of the appropriate type in each pipeline node if a requirements file or eqiv. is provided

Moin, we - @pacospace and @fridex - are happy to help here, managing system, toolchain and application (and I would consider a notebook an application) dependencies (esp in containers) is our business for quite some time now. Maybe learn from what we did with https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.6/builds/understanding-image-builds.html#build-strategy-s2i_understanding-image-builds for general Python applications.
@goern - Thank you so much for the offer of help (we definitely could use a few more hands). I plan on taking an hour or two tomorrow to look over all the material to generate some questions for you guys and see what our path moving forward will be.
Will need to revisit this issue, give the change in the Anaconda Licensing and how that will affect this.
