Pipeline editor: selecting a node comment opens the pipeline properties panel

Describe the issue

Selecting a comment node the pipeline properties panel is displayed, which is unexpected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a pipeline
2. Add a node on the canvas
3. open the node properties
4. add a comment on the canvas
5. click on the comment
6. observe the content in the properties panel - it's now showing the pipeline properties

Expected behavior If an object was selected on the canvas, the properties panel should display information that is relevant to the selected object.
