Administrative: Move the repo to an org

Adding permissions to contributors, in a granular way isn't possible with personal repos, therefore moving this repo to an org makes more sense.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Move the repo to a new org.
  • Update repo details in package.json and all relavant places in the repo.
  • Update CI tools pointing to the repo to point to the new location.
  • Publish a new library version (will ensure the npm.org page, for the plugin, includes the new repo location).
