Integration w/ hyper-nn

Hey! First off, this is an awesome project and a great step into generating general multi task policies! I authored a lightweight hypernetwork library https://github.com/shyamsn97/hyper-nn, and I'd love to try to implement your work there 😄. Is that cool with you? Also, do you have any pretrained models available? The training script is very nice and straightforward but it would be nice to have a pretrained model to play around with first.
