应用必须重启才能删除之前文件吗

hi @elvishew 比如说在application 中初始化了Xlog，然后这个应用一直运行了两三天，但是应用中设置的文件清理周期为1天，假如应用还在持续运行下去，没有重启过该应用 ，是否就不会触发规则？？
