not installing on my windows 7 64 machine.

Whether I am trying the 64bit or 32bit, I am getting a message installation incomplete, interrupted before could be installed, restart the installer to try again.

what could be the reason? I have onenote 2016 installed. I have tried deactivating antivirus and tinywall.
