Plugin Not Loading after install

Installed x86 version on Microsoft OneNote for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14228.20200) 32-bit

I've reviewed issues #27 and #7 however, they seem to be all about mismatched x86/x64 installs and nothing really added other than random registry entry suggestions and running OneNote as administrator has no effect.

I've used this plugin for quite some time, has something perhaps changed with newer versions of OneNote?

I have it running on: image So it should not be related to Onenote version.
