[Suggestion] Soul empowering blocks for the soul enchanter

The soul enchanter is an amazing object, providing much needed refined access to enchantments. However, it seems a slight bit overpowered as it is; perhaps it would be a bit more balanced (and cool) to have some kind of soul empowering blocks or objects that must be placed around the table to increase the enchanting level capabilities.
This would also encourage players to build a more dedicated space for the soul enchanter, as it would no longer be a single self-contained block.
