Pickaxe of inversion not working

The pickaxe of inversion doesnt work as it should

I was just testing things out in my modpack and the pickaxe of inversion didnt work

I Am in singleplayer playing a modpack i created, it was working fine before I added a few mods so i might look into that and let you know.
