Headers in trailer test is broken

The HTTP requests that go with the Headers in Trailer test (to http://cgi.browserscope.org/cgi-bin/nph-trailer.cgi) fail with ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

same here: macOS 10.12.4, Safari 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34)

The name cgi.browserscope.org does not resolve. I think that can not be fixed through a PR, but requires the owner of browserscope.org to either make it resolve again, or relocate the scripts.
