Dump list of who has what access.

Who has director-level access on the CRM? As we change over to a new set of directors, we need to remove the old ones. There's currently no way (except maybe a raw SQL query?) to find out who that is.

Looks like phpmyadmin got wiped out in the server move. If someone thows it up on the server I'll generate a query.

I should add: this is a feature request, it would be nice to have this as a standard report so we don't need someone to jump in through phpmyadmin every time. :)
