Windows support?

A big 🚀 to the Julia wrapper of RDKit!

Will there be support of Windows? Could you tell, what is restricting your choice of OSes?

Windows was discarded because, as far as I understood, RDKit requires the MSVC runtime libraries and BinaryBuilder doesn't support it since it is a cross-compile platform built on top of Linux.

I managed to build RDKit for Windows in https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil/pull/4715.
