Does not come up in Package Control: Install Package - When will it be available for ST3?

When I search for the package in package control, it doesn't come up.

I presume it is because I am using Sublime Text 3. When will this be available for ST3?

Also tried to install it manually by cloning the git repo into the ST3 packages folder. But it doesn't seem to do anything when I insert a non-ASCII char into a .rb file.
