training my own

hello everyone I know there is another issue like this but it's been really dry like you can probably tell by the title is that I want to train this on my own data, how should I go about it, so far i haven't been able to find a good way to collect data and to train i should also mention that I want to try it with a different game so reading memory is probably out of the question.
