How to get oauth tokens for multiple users on a workspace?

I apologize as this may be a stupid question, but I've created this app in my workspace and have it configured. However the oauth token that was generated only works specifically for me. Any tips or directions on how I can set this up so that any user of the same workspace can configure the app in their StreamDeck to work only for themselves?

Thank you for this, btw! I love using it to quickly set my status when I have to walk away from my desk for a few etc ;)
