Formatting Balloons keep hanging around

If you select text when you're typing to open the formatting balloon and close the posting form to continue navigating, those balloons keep hanging on the page.

Thanks for the report @kewitz! This shouldn't bee too terrible to fix.

@rynbyjn I would be happy to open a PR for this if it was easy to set up the development environment. The problem is that I already tried and I couldn't get any data to actually be able to test the front-end.
