SSO-23 description in README.md and pictures seem inconsistent

In README.md I can read:

SSO-23 ... In the pictures we move the second most significant bit, but in practice it doesn't matter.

I am not really sure this sentence is consistent with pictures (or the other way around). If I am not completely wrong, it looks like you actually moved both MSBs to the "end" of the bit string. I would suggest you to either fit an "M" (or an "+" or whatever else) into both MSB rectangles or use a completely different way to mark the bit ordering like with a "internal white staircase".
