ng-diff-match-patch can not be used with Angular 16

@elliotforbes, the library can not be used with Angular 16 because angular removed ngcc. Can you please built a version with Ivy?

as far as I can see the fork of @Mooeeezzzz https://github.com/Mooeeezzzz/ng-diff-match-patch does that. Can someone verify?

The version of this library is too old, what can be replaced? Does the latest angular version conflict with this library? Will there be any updates? thanks
