In this commit (https://github.com/SuricatoMeerkat/mbzdb/commit/19d469d1378b9aef6f816c2c94319e840149c9e9) I've added info on what should be done next. Possibly this way of downloading sql files should be rewritten.

They've also splitted coverart tables (#58)
