Yes, This issue return back - if print Go AST fully.

In what cases do we need to output more than 4mb?

If we have specific error and it is happen in travis with witing a fully AST tree, then output will be more then 4 MB. PR with that error lock travis at few hours (see link). priority of issue is very low.
