Markdown seems to be a bit problematic

When editing a post written with markdown, the post is turned into html after editing.

Markdown on save improved. Have not tested others.

Do you mean after editing your post with the FEE, the post turned into HTML on the back-end? Sounds like a problem with your plugin.

I have the same problem with latest version and Jetpack's Markdown.

I used to edit my post in Markdown, but I just tried the plugin and each post I edit with it is converted to HTML.

Is there a way to keep the markdown in place ?
