Control all CSS, remove old rules and make sure "admin" elements are properly reset.

  • add block modal
  • insert tags
  • buttons
  • inline toolbar
  • other modals (leave, post lock, auth...)

The only things left are the tinymce toolbars and the media modal, but it does not cripple the editor in any way. Ideally we should iframe the media modal. Punting for now.
