without access to the panel after updating wordpress

when updating wordpress to the latest version i can't access my control panel. I always receive the notice that my database has been updated and I am redirected to the home page of the website, but not to the control panel. I tried to rename the plugin by ftp to see if it was disabled but it didn't work. How could I solve the problem and access my dashboard?
