[WIP] Improve server functionality

Work in progress.. Finally working on this again, so now feels like a good time to create a pr. This way there is some time pressure to actual get stuff done.

Features to implemented by this PR

• Add game room feature
• Use actors to improve concurrency
• Fix message queue building leading to memory leaks

Still left to do:

• [ ] Clean up code + tree
• [ ] someother stuff i will write later
