Use ticker instead of FIGI in analytics

It's very hard to get useful information on dashboards or even in trade-utils with figi as a label: you always need to make lookup for a ticker by yourserf.

So, it would be pretty convenientf if the entire analytical part (metrcs + utils) was based on the ticker instead.
