Default language not at the top of language dropdown

My default language (Norwegian) is not at the top of the list when I reply to a message that is labeled in some other language.

I've added that I don't want translations of English, Swedish and Danish in my language settings, so these languages are on top of my dropdown list, but my default language Norwegian is not. As I often reply in Norwegian to Swedish and Danish posts (it is more or less the same language), as well as to posts mislabeled as English, but written in Norwegian, this issue comes up a lot.
