Mentions no longer clickable after editing toot

Open louwers opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

  1. Post a toot and mention someone.
  2. Edit it.
  3. The mention is no longer clickable.

By "The mention is no longer clickable." do you mean you cannot place the cursor in-between letters in the mention? I'm seeing that behavior both for posting a new toot and for editing a toot. I think that's a design choice by Elk.

No I mean I cannot click the @mention to go to the profile.

Oh, gotcha. Okay, I tried that, but after saving the toot and then clicking on the mention, I'm still able to go to the profile.

The fact that it took you to explore could mean some element is overlapping weirdly. It would help to know where you are in the app when you made this edit, and on what devices.
