Clear and concise description of the problem

As a user, I'd like to be able to past the link to a user or post (like https://pony.social/@cadey or https://mastodon.koehlercode.dev/@hazel/109700064369385477) into the search bar, and have it open the page for said user or post.

See above. If this behavior is adopted, it would also be good to change the search bar text to indicate that this is something you can do.

The Mastodon frontend has this behavior already.
