User info popup showing in top left corner instead of near cursor

Describe the bug

I am using the multi-container app for Mac called Hamsket to login to Elk. It's a fork of the app Rambox and is basically an Electron container for multiple chat apps. When hovering over a username the popup shows up in the top left instead of inline near where the mouse is. This seems to be just an Electron thing. It tends to be annoying because it will always pop back to true 0,0 top left, so if you are scrolled down the page, it'll jump back to the top of the page to display this. In the screenshot I am hovering over the users name on right, but it's popping up in the wrong spot to the left.
