Add a way to choose where an image is focused

Mastodon allows you to choose what part of an image will always show when cropped. I like using this feature! Elk doesn't seem to support this.

Suggested solution

Add the little circle Mastodon has on images when editing the description, so we can choose what parts of our images are focused on when they're cropped.
