[Feature Request] Narrate Custom Scrolling and Manual Scrolling.

Allow for the user/GM to use an argument to change the scrolling speed. Also, allow the GM to scroll the narration manually using either elevator buttons or mouse scroll when narration is paused. Currently, narration control is limited to pause/resume, this would give more flexibility for GM out-loud reading narration.
