This pull request adds a directory at software-development-curriculum/computer-science/programming/message-passing

I chose add a new directory because the topic of message-passing seems to be broader than the scope of the existing directories -- also, I included a few images from the Sandi Metz presentation on unit testing messages, and there was not already a good place to include images.
