Will not install on windows

Describe the bug

wont install on WSL

To Reproduce

  • fresh git clone
  • nvm use 23.3.0
  • pnpm i
  • pnpm build
  • env is copied
  • pnpm start

"/eliza/packages/plugin-solana/dist/index.js:12 throw Error('Dynamic require of "' + x + '" is not supported'); ^

Error: Dynamic require of "util" is not supported"

Expected behavior

should run
