[cosmetic] `top` doesn't restore IEx prompt colour :)

We're in the process of updating the top command to be more useful. For our next iteration, I want to improve the colors too, so I'm going to leave your issue open so that I don't forget to test with a custom prompt color.

To be accurate, I was just using the OOTB colouring that IEx uses on a PuTTY (v0.75) SSH window . . . ( I think but will check )
