Change to new logo

It seems like the logo I created has gained the most traction (judging by 👍 count), so I figured I'd open up a PR.

The VS Code extension seems to be the only place a logo for ElixirLS is displayed, so this is the only place it's needed for now. If this PR is merged, then in the future we might want to add it in some other places like:

I have the source SVGs for all of the images in my initial issue comment, and I figure those could be added to the main repository.
