Standardisation of affiliations

Description There is currently no control in the list of contributors over their affiliations. While at some point an integration with ROR might become desirable, this could be fixed manually for now e.g. as part of a hackathon of the editorial team. My suggestion would be to use the main label from ROR for each institution.

Using this label could also be added to the documentation when relevant (both for contributors and editors).
