Feature request: ability to add notes on errors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would love to have the ability of leaving a note for errors, similar to Sentry, etc. Some errors are long-running, and may take some time to observe before fixing. Notes are useful to record observations, potential decisions when you return to the error later.

Describe the solution you'd like A simple textarea above or under "Mark as resolved" button, for example, that stores notes for the error.

Is this something you'd be open to accepting a PR for?
