Add extra instruction for logging into oracle cloud after infection

This extra instruction appears to be expected behaviour, until you have a configuration.nix defining your own users.

Should we state that for all platforms then? It is debug whats going on when you don't have access to machine, after you have leave SSH and want to get back in again. It might help newcomers for nixos-infect

The docs indicate that an SSH key will be provided for the root user, I have emboldened the word root in my branch, pending PR.
