This is technically just 1 and the same issue, it seems like the capital C is problematic, so the words "Clear"; "Crimson" and "Ceremony" are missing the letter C.

All 3 Silent Hill games are installed on a Konami folder in an external drive D: but why should that be the cause if all else is working? I did see a video of EE where the visual issue was NOT present, so please help me fix it somehow :)
And yes, of course I downloaded from the official website, where else is EE available from? BUT, I've downloaded it YEARS ago and only last week I used the Auto-Updater to acquire any new files to get up to date.
