Create a plugin app to turn lights on and off based on internal location

figure it would be cool to use Find service to turn lights on or off based on location within the home https://github.com/schollz/find

not sure what sort of battery ramifications there would be for running this all the time as a service but would be cool to turn lights on as you enter a room and off as you leave etc.

I had been thinking of doing something similar, but instead using Bluetooth. You would be able to use a computer that already has Bluetooth or get a new beacon and the app would look for proximity.

Just looked up about FIND. Seems like the best way for location based on/off button. GPS will drain way more battery. So if location based will be integrated I think this might be the way to do it. I'm going to test the application using only 1 wifi router(since most have only 1). Ill report if it's any good without using more than 1 router at home.(I can test up to 3).

i had a play at my place where i only need one router, and it seemed to work pretty well. but i assume that is because it uses all SSIDs around rather than just yours, as i live in the middle of a city there is a lot of hotspots around me, perhaps this wouldn't work for people out in the styx
