Add `fileUrl` to ApplicationVersion

Description

Add fileUrl property to the ApplicationVersion entity. This will be a URL pointing to an APK file.

After adding the fileUrl, delete the existing bytes property.

Why?

This is needed because APK storage is being moved out of the database.

elimu.ai's mission is to build innovative learning software that empowers out-of-school children to teach themselves basic reading📖, writing✍🏽 and math🔢 within 6 months.
