Description

Add a new endpoint to the REST API for storing new ApplicationVersions in the database.

Why?

So that GitHub workflows can release APKs and notify the webapp of new release versions.

elimu.ai's mission is to build innovative learning software that empowers out-of-school children to teach themselves basic reading📖, writing✍🏽 and math🔢 within 6 months.
