Add support for drag-and-drop when uploading APK files

Make it possible to upload APK files by using drag-and-drop at /admin/application-version/create. See /content/storybook/create-from-epub for a similar solution.

Currently, drag-and-drop only works for the file selection input field itself. Make it possible to drag-and-drop onto any location of the gray box:
