Green 'Login' screen flashes before Journal redirect

Describe the bug When logging out of the application, the Login screen with the green button flashes momentarily before the redirect to Journal homepage is completed.

Steps To Reproduce From Libero Reviewer, choose 'Logout' from the profile menu Observe the green login screen momentarily Complete the redirect to Journal homepage

Expected behavior The green login screen should not be seen at all/ The user should just be redirected straight to the Journal homepage.

Mac/Mojave (PH can also reproduce on a PC)
