scienceBean being down causes unneeded client error

Describe the bug

If scienceBeam extraction fails due to the service being down (502 response) the client displays an error message within the manuscript upload box. This appears to the user that the file has now saved however because the semantic extraction takes place after the file has been uploaded and stored this is not the case. We should either have a separate message for an error in semantic extraction OR not expose the error to the client as the file is stored and they can just fill in the title on the next step manually.
