Scroll to first validation error on 'Next'

Upon clicking 'Next' at the bottom of a wizard step and encountering validation error(s), the page should scroll up to the first error on the page.

The scroll should be smooth and animated (rather than 'jumping')

To avoid issues on mobile devices, we should not focus on the field in which the validation error has been logged, but rather scroll until this field is at the top of the viewport.
